Any income generated as a result of programs or activities authorized by the provisions of this part shall not revert to the general fund at the end of the fiscal year, but shall be maintained by the individual AHEC programs at Meharry Medical College, East Tennessee State University, and the University of Tennessee, Memphis, and shall be reinvested to further the mission of the programs as stated in this part.
