68-1-2302. Part definitions.

As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:

     (1)  “Advisory council” means an advisory council on child nutrition and wellness to be appointed by the commissioner;

     (2)  “Commissioner” means the commissioner of health;

     (3)  “Department” means the department of health; and

     (4)  “Office” means the office of child nutrition and wellness in the department, which is created in § 68-1-2304.
