68-105-108. Rules and regulations Forms.
(a) The department may promulgate such rules and regulations, neither inconsistent nor contradictory with this chapter, that it deems necessary to effectuate the provisions of the chapter.
(b) The department may also prescribe forms required for the administration of the chapter.
