68-14-322. Penalties.

Any person operating a hotel, food service establishment, or public swimming pool who fails or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this part or rules and regulations, or obstructs or hinders the regulatory authority in the discharge of the regulatory authority's duties or otherwise operates a hotel, food service establishment or swimming pool in violation of this part or rules and regulations commits a Class C misdemeanor. Each day after sufficient notice has been given constitutes a separate offense.
