68-221-405. Access to property.

It is the duty of the owner or occupant of the property to give the commissioner free access to the property at reasonable times for the purpose of making such inspections or investigations as are necessary to determine compliance with the requirements of this part and rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to the provisions of this part.
