9-2-118. Satisfaction of judgment.

The clerk or judge may discharge such judgment by producing to the trustee the warrant of the county executive, to pay the amount found by the trustee due to the county on settlement of the account of such clerk or judge, and paying the amount to the trustee, who shall receive the same in discharge of the judgment, leaving such clerk or judge and the sureties of such clerk or judge liable for the costs of the suit.
