12-3-660. Sufficiency of consideration paid to state for leasehold and privileges


It is found, determined, and declared that the consideration paid and given and to be paid and given to this state by the authority for its leasehold and privileges thereunder is good, valuable, and sufficient consideration therefor and that this action on the part of the authority and the state is in the interest of the public welfare of the state and its citizens.
