24-8-26. Establishment of lost or destroyed paper in superior court -- Grant of rule absolute


When a rule nisi has been duly served as provided in Code Section 24-8-24, the court shall grant a rule absolute establishing the copy of the lost or destroyed paper sworn to, unless good and sufficient cause is shown why the rule absolute should not be granted.
