53-6-92. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Term of office; vacancies


The term of office of the county administrator shall be four years and shall expire on the first Monday in March; provided, however, that the county administrator shall hold office until his successor is appointed and qualified. All vacancies in the office, whether by death, resignation, removal from the county, or removal from office, shall be filled by the judge of the probate court for the unexpired term.
