53-6-141. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Additional commission on interest received for loan by decedent or estate


If, in the course of administration, the administrator or executor receives interest on money loaned by the decedent or by himself as administrator or executor and shall include the same in his return to the judge of the probate court so as to become chargeable therewith as a part of the corpus of the estate, he shall be entitled to 10 percent additional commission on all such amounts of interest made.
