53-6-143. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Commissions for delivering property in kind; amount; additional compensation for land worked by trustee

Commissions may be allowed to any administrator or executor for delivering over any property in kind. If, however, land is worked by any trustee for the benefit of the parties in interest, the judge may, in his discretion, allow to the trustee additional compensation for such services, in no case exceeding 10 percent of the annual income of the property so managed.
