53-6-149. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Employment of agents as administration expense


Among the expenses of administration shall be included and allowed the expenses of such agents as the administrator or executor finds it necessary to employ for the estate. The existence of the necessity shall be satisfactorily shown to the judge of the probate court.
