53-7-2. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Administration of entire estate by executor or administrator with will annexed; distribution of residuum


Every executor or administrator with the will annexed shall be entitled to possess and administer the entire estate, even if a part thereof is undevised, holding the residuum, after payments of debts and legacies, for distribution according to the laws of this state.
