53-7-38. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Applicability to sureties on administrator's bond of provisions relating to sureties on guardian's bond

The provisions of law governing the situation in which the surety on a guardian's bond dies, becomes insolvent, removes from the state, from other cause becomes insufficient, or desires to be relieved as surety shall be applicable to sureties on administrators' bonds.
