53-7-40. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Liability on common bond of two or more administrators or executors

If two or more administrators or executors unite in a common bond, all the sureties shall be bound for the acts of each administrator or executor and the administrators or executors themselves shall be mutual sureties for each other's conduct.
