53-7-147. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Fraudulent discharge of administrator or executor void


A discharge obtained by the administrator or executor by means of any fraud practiced on the heirs, beneficiaries, or the judge of the probate court is void and may be set aside on motion and proof of the fraud.
