ARTICLE 14
REPEAL AND EFFECTIVE DATE

    Sec. 1401. Repeal. Effective January 1, 2008, the following Act is repealed: the Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act as amended and in effect immediately before the effective date of this Act.
