38:25A-16.Ā Sale of labeled artificial daisy in violation of act
The sale or offering for sale of any such labeled artificial daisy except asĀ herein provided, shall be construed as presumptive evidence of intent to evadeĀ the provisions and restrictions of this act, and upon conviction any person soĀ charged shall be deemed and adjudged a disorderly person.
