39:4-14.3b.Ā  Violations;Ā  penalties Except as otherwise provided by this act, any person who violates any of theĀ  provisions of this act shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $200.00 orĀ  imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days or both.
