39:4-14.3v1.Ā Educational program for safe operation of bicycles;Ā fund The Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles shall use a portion of the fund established pursuant to section 22 of P.L.1983, c. 105 (C. 39:4-14.3v) forĀ the purpose of providing an educational program for the safe operation of bicycles.
