39:4-14.6 - Inapplicability of act to person not regularly engaged in selling or renting bicycles

39:4-14.6.  Inapplicability of act to person not regularly engaged in selling or renting bicycles This act shall not apply to the sale or rental of a bicycle by any person who is not regularly engaged in the business of selling or renting bicycles and  where such bicycle was obtained by the person making the sale or rental for his  own use.
