39:4-183.29.Ā Continuance of rules and regulations promulgated by departmentĀ of transportation prior to act
This act shall not affect the orders, rules and regulations heretofore madeĀ or promulgated by the Department of Transportation relating to the placing,Ā specifications, location and maintenance of highway and traffic signs andĀ markings, but such orders, rules and regulations shall continue with full forceĀ and effect until amended or repealed pursuant to law.
