39:4-183.30.Ā Effect of act on offenses, liabilities, penalties or forfeitures prior to date of act
No offense committed, and no liability, penalty, or forfeiture, either civilĀ or criminal, incurred, prior to the repeal or revision of any act or any partĀ thereof by the enactment of this act, shall be discharged, released or affectedĀ by the repeal or revision of the act or part thereof under which such offense,Ā liability, penalty or forfeiture was incurred, and prosecutions and actions forĀ such offenses, liabilities, penalties or forfeitures committed or incurredĀ prior to the effective date of this act shall be commenced or continued and beĀ proceeded with in all respects as if the act or part thereof had not beenĀ repealed or revised.
