39:4-197.10. Qualifications for appointment to unit 2. No person shall be appointed to or continue to be eligible for participation in the handicapped parking enforcement unit unless he:Ā
Ā a. Evidences no criminal record as a result of a State criminal history record background check through the State Bureau of Identification in the Division of State Police in the Department of Law and Public Safety;Ā
Ā b. Is a resident of the municipality in which the unit is established; andĀ
Ā c. Is at least 18 years of age.
