39:4-197.12. Reimbursement for mileageĀ
4. Any person appointed to the municipality's handicapped parking enforcement unit shall be reimbursed for actual expenses of transportation incurred in the course of his work at a rate at least equal to the rate established by the State and adjusted pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1980, c.19 (C.52:14-17.1a).Ā
