39:4-209.Ā  Violations;Ā  penalties Any person who shall violate any of the said regulations shall be subject toĀ  a fine of not less than $1.00 nor more than $15.00;Ā  provided, however, thatĀ  any person who shall violate any of said regulations concerning the altering,Ā  counterfeiting or misuse of parking permits shall be subject to a fine of notĀ  more than $50.00.
