39:4-83.Ā Keeping to right at intersections;Ā exception on one-way roadway
In crossing an intersection of highways or the intersection of a highway andĀ a railroad right of way, the driver of a vehicle shall at all times cause theĀ vehicle to travel on the right half of the roadway unless the right half isĀ obstructed or impassable.Ā The foregoing limitations shall not apply upon aĀ one-way roadway.
