§ 1-2-1 Powers of the director of theRhode Island airport corporation. – (a) The director has supervision over the state airport at Warwick and anyother airports constructed or operated by the state. The director shall enforcethe provisions of this chapter. Furthermore, the director is authorized topromulgate rules and regulations for the safe and efficient operation ofairports, airport facilities, and grounds.
(b) As used in this chapter:
(1) "Airport corporation" means the Rhode Island airportcorporation.
(2) "Director" means the executive director of the RhodeIsland airport corporation.
