SECTION 1-2-15

   § 1-2-15  Leasing for purposes of nationaldefense. – The airport corporation may lease to the United States government or agenciesof the United States government, when the lease concerns matters of nationaldefense or aviation safety or convenience, any portion of any airport orlanding field or any of the buildings or structures on the airport or landingfield for a period or periods not to exceed fifty (50) years; the lease to beexecuted by the director containing any reasonable conditions, rules,restrictions and regulations as the assistant director for airports deemssuitable or necessary and be approved as to substance by the director ofadministration and as to form by the attorney general.
