§ 1-2-19 Right of inspection –Governmental agencies. – (a) Any state agency, or agency of a municipality which abuts a state ownedairport or landing field as defined in this chapter, is authorized to sendstaff members or investigators upon the premises of any airport or landingfield as regulated by this title, for the purpose of inspecting the premisesfor compliance with state or municipal laws.
(b) The agency investigating shall comply with pertinent FAAsafety guidelines to ensure public safety during the course of theinvestigation.
