§ 1-2-2 Conferring with persons versed inaviation – Co-operation with federal agencies – Employment ofassistants. – The director is authorized to confer with persons versed in aviation, tocooperate with the various United States government agencies interested inaviation, and to employ and discharge at his or her pleasure engineers,architects, and other assistants as he or she may deem advisable and fix theircompensation within the amounts appropriated for their compensation, subjecthowever to the approval of the director of administration.
