SECTION 1-2-20

   § 1-2-20  Severability. – Should any of the provisions contained in this chapter be in violation of anyfederal rule and/or regulation resulting in a loss of federal funding ofwhatever nature or kind then the provision shall be declared null and void andall other provisions of this chapter shall remain in full force and effect.
