SECTION 1-2-8

§ 1-2-8 Sale of improvements –Proceeds of sales and leases. – As provided in § 37-7-5, the department of transportation has the power,with the approval of the state properties committee, to sell any buildings orimprovements located on any land and not required for the purpose of thischapter, and all proceeds arising from any sale, and all income from any leaseor concession shall be turned over to the general treasurer for the use of thestate.
