SECTION 1-4-3.1

   § 1-4-3.1  Notification and reporting ofaircraft accidents. – The operator of an aircraft involved in an accident or incident as defined inPart 830 of Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations, referred to as 49 CFR830, shall immediately notify the chief aeronautics inspector. Thisnotification shall be in addition to any duty to notify and provide a report tothe National Transportation Safety Board under 49 CFR 830. Furthermore, theoperator shall file with the chief aeronautics inspector a copy of any reportfiled with the National Transportation Safety Board, which shall be a publicrecord.
