SECTION 10-17-4

   § 10-17-4  Time of filing account. –(a) The account shall be filed with the court to which the writ is returnablewithin twenty (20) days after the service.

   (b) In the case of wage garnishments, supplementary accountsshall be filed monthly thereafter until one of three (3) events occurs:

   (1) The entire amount of plaintiff's demand and costs of suithas been collected by the garnishee and reported to the court.

   (2) The defendant is no longer employed by the garnishee.

   (3) Plaintiff has released the garnishee from any obligationto file further accounts.
