SECTION 10-4-8

   § 10-4-8  Demands for and protection ofproperty by assignee. – The assignee shall demand, sue for, and receive from all persons all the estatein their possession conveyed by the deed of assignment; and the assignee mayintervene in any action, suit, or proceeding relating to the property conveyedby the assignment and take upon himself or herself the prosecution or defensethereof.
