SECTION 10-5-29

   § 10-5-29  Redemption of mortgage byplaintiff in attachment. – The plaintiff in any attachment under § 10-5-26 may redeem the mortgagedestate in the same manner as the mortgagor might have done; and in case ofredemption by the plaintiff, the plaintiff shall have the same lien on theproperty for the amount paid by him or her, with interest, as the mortgagee had.
