SECTION 10-9-25

   § 10-9-25  Forfeiture for failure toreceive and execute writ. – Every person guilty of such a refusal or neglect to receive and execute a writof habeas corpus shall also forfeit and pay to the party aggrieved by therefusal or neglect one thousand dollars ($1,000).
