§ 11-18-14 Sale of fuels and lubricantsother than those shown by trade name on container. – It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, to store, keep,expose for sale offer for sale, or sell, from any tank or container, or fromany pump, or other distributing device or equipment, any liquid fuels,lubricating oils, or other similar products other than those indicated by thename, trade name, symbol, sign, or other distinguishing mark, or device, of themanufacturer or distributor, appearing upon the tank, container, pump, or otherdistributing equipment, from which the products are sold, offered for sale, ordistributed.
