SECTION 11-18-25

   § 11-18-25  Concealment or transfer ofproperty with intent to defraud creditors. – Every person who, while insolvent, shall, with intent to defraud his or hercreditors, remove from out of the state, secrete, or unlawfully transfer orotherwise dispose of any property belonging to his or her estate, which is notexempt from attachment by law, or who, having made an assignment for thebenefit of creditors, shall secrete, destroy, or withhold from his or herassignee any books, deeds, documents, or writings relating to the property,shall, upon conviction of the offense, be imprisoned not exceeding two (2)years.
