§ 11-18-29 Fraudulent stock certificates.– Every president, secretary, cashier, treasurer, or other officer or agent ofany incorporated company or institution, who shall fraudulently issue any stockor certificate of stock of the company or institution, shall be fined not lessthan one thousand dollars ($1,000) and shall be imprisoned not exceeding ten(10) years, nor less than one year.
