SECTION 11-19-7

   § 11-19-7  Judicial notice of policymethods. – Any court or magistrate having criminal jurisdiction may take judicial noticeof the general methods and character of lotteries, policy-lotteries, of thegame called policy, pools, or combination bets, and the buying and selling ofpools and registering of bets, not authorized by the Rhode Island state police.
