SECTION 11-24-6

   § 11-24-6  Severability of provisions.– If any clause, sentence, paragraph, or part of §§ 11-24-1 –11-24-6 or their application to any person or circumstances shall, for anyreason, be adjudged by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, thejudgment shall not affect, impair, or invalidate the remainder of the sectionsor their application to other persons or circumstances.
