§ 11-5-4 Assault with dangerous weapon indwelling house. – Whoever, being armed with a dangerous weapon, assaults another with intent torob or murder, shall, if the assault is committed within a dwelling house, bepunished by imprisonment in the adult correctional institution for not lessthan ten (10) years to life.
