SECTION 12-13-5.2

   § 12-13-5.2  Drug testing required. –Every person who shall be charged with or indicted or informed against for anoffense involving the unlawful sale, distribution, manufacture, delivery, orpossession with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute, or deliver anycontrolled substance as classified in schedule I or II in chapter 28 of title21, or for possession of a controlled substance as classified in schedule I orII in chapter 28 of title 21, may in the discretion of the court, as acondition of bail, be required at his or her own expense to submit to drugtesting in accordance with the standards and procedures of the department ofhealth, not less than once per month.
