SECTION 12-19-12

   § 12-19-12  Powers of superior courtadditional. – The power and authority vested by §§ 12-19-8 – 12-19-11 in thesuperior court shall be deemed additional power and authority, and shall not bedeemed to be in substitution or derogation of any other power and authoritypreviously vested in the superior court.
