SECTION 12-19-17

   § 12-19-17  Powers of district courtadditional. – The power and authority by §§ 12-19-13 – 12-19-16 vested in thedistrict courts shall be deemed additional power and authority and shall not bedeemed in substitution or derogation of any other power and authoritypreviously vested in the district courts.
