SECTION 12-19-24

   § 12-19-24  Report of sentence and courtrecommendations. – After imposing sentence the court shall file with the director of correctionson forms that shall be provided by the director a report of any sentence andany recommendations that the director may deem necessary as to the securityrequired for the proper custody of the accused so sentenced.
