SECTION 12-20-11

   § 12-20-11  Apportionment of costs amongdefendants. – Whenever more than one defendant in the same process shall be convicted andsentenced to fine or imprisonment in jail, the court pronouncing sentence mayapportion the costs of prosecution between and among the defendants as, in itsdiscretion, shall appear to be just and proper.
