SECTION 12-22-13

   § 12-22-13  Errors in pleading. – No judgment, verdict, or decision shall be set aside, reversed, or new trialgranted, in any criminal proceedings, for error as to any matter of pleading,unless in the opinion of the supreme court, after an examination of the entirecause, it shall appear that the error complained of has resulted in amiscarriage of justice.
